Advertising Expenditure Forecasts September 2014

ZenithOptimedia predicts global ad expenditure will grow 5.3% in 2014, reaching US$523 billion by the end of the year.

Our forecast for 2014 is down fractionally (by 0.1 percentage points) on our last forecast in June, after escalating tension between Russia and the West over the Ukraine crisis disrupted trade and investment. Our 2014 forecast is now 0.2 points down on our April forecast, leaving it back where it was last December.
